belle's little admirer

Belle came home from school the other day and started the following conversation:
Belle:  A boy named Luke says that I am his girlfriend.
Me:  What?!  Why does he say that?
Belle:  He chases me at recess.
Me:  Don't you play with the girls?
Belle:  Ya, sometimes I play penguins with the girls, but then I say "Luke" and then he chases me again.   He is so fast, way faster than Dylan.
Me:  Well you tell him tomorrow that you are not his girlfriend.  And NO kisses.
the next day....
Belle:  I told Luke that he is not my girlfriend, and he said I know you are my girlfriend!  (haha)  And he kissed me on the cheek!
She came home with this note from her admirer on Friday.  Very funny, but all this makes me a little nervous for her teenage years.
You rock!  Seriously, they are in kindergarten.

Oh no...You better watch out Allison, and definitely be on your toes with that sweet Belle! That's crazy! I can't believe that a kindergartner is writing like that! Wow! I DON'T look forward to that! I'm glad that you get to go first and I can learn from you!:)

That is seriously the cutest story ever! Way funny! Mike--good luck in the future keeping boys away from your girls! You might need me to send Andy down to be your muscle to help scare them away! Haha!

So cute! Have you met the parents yet? It sounds really serious :) Is it hard not to laugh when she tells you or are you really flippin' out? :)
