silly lola

this is what we came home to today...silly dog.

We have had our Lola for 4 months now.  We have had some challenges, and some fun.

She is definitely part of our family now.

Here are some of the highlights of the last four months:

For the first two months she could jump through our fence into our neighbors yard.

They have three dogs over there and she loves them!  Sometimes she would run over there, snatch one of their toys, and jump back through to our yard.  Other times she would run in through their doggy door (yikes!) with their dogs.  Luckily we are good friends with our neighbors.  I tried to put one of those cones around her head so she couldn't get through, but she would bend the cone and still make it.  Then she would be running around their yard with a cone around her head!  She doesn't fit through anymore, but sometimes they still have her over to play.

She loves to eat grasshoppers, and my kids love to catch grasshoppers.  So they all run around and try to catch them before the other one does.  It usually leads to a lot of screams from my kids.

She is crazy, but we love her.
